Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on organizational performance and determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction. The research was conducted at the PT. Trimitra Utama. Sampling uses saturated samples involving 106 employees in all parts of the organization. Data analysis using path analysis.
Based on the results of the study showed that self-efficacy and organizational culture influence organizational performance and self-efficacy and organizational culture affect organizational performance through job satisfaction. The indirect effect of self-efficacy and organizational culture on organizational performance is greater than the direct effect so that it can be said that the variable job satisfaction is an intervening variable.
